At Good Therapy, we believe in mindful creation and careful packaging. Because many of our items are handmade and carefully curated (from our premium vanilla beans to our handcrafted candles), our shipping process reflects our commitment to quality.

Processing Time (What to Expect Before Shipping)

Processing Time: The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies.

  • In-Stock Items (Vanilla Beans & Ready-to-Ship Crafts): We typically take 1-3 business days to prepare and package your order.

  • Handmade & Custom Items: Items such as certain handmade crafts may require up to 5-7 business days for creation and final packaging before shipment.

You will receive a notification and tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx to provide the best service based on your location and package contents. Shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

Shipping Costs

Cost Calculation: Shipping costs are determined by the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping price for all available options upon checkout.

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. If applicable, this will be stated on our website banner or applied automatically in the checkout process for eligible orders.

Shipping Address and Tracking

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships. Please use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Address: Good Therapy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are claimed to be lost or stolen. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
